Debra Jacobs Inducted into Cambridge Who's Who Executive, Professional and Entrepreneurial Registry

Recently becoming a Licensed Massage Therapist, Ms. Jacobs is considered very knowledgeable in her field. As the owner of Divine Touch of Healing, she is responsible for managing her massage therapy clients. With over 17 years in state government, Ms. Jacobs also holds an administrative assistant position at the State of New Hampshire Bureau of Developmental Services where her duties include overseeing administrative support, ensuring customer satisfaction and creating training catalogues. Ms. Jacobs worked previously in the banking and insurance industries.

According to Ms. Jacobs, the most important issue facing the massage profession today is educating people on the benefits massage has on one's overall health and well-being. She stays current with the trends in her profession by reading professional journals and continuing her education. Ms. Jacobs attributes her success to her faith in God and became involved in her profession because she always wanted to help others.

Ms. Jacobs is a high school graduate and holds a Certification in Massage Therapy through the Vital Needs Institute. She also has acquired NIMS Certification in the field of Emergency Services through FEMA, which Ms. Jacobs volunteers for, in the position of Assistant Coordinator of the Evacuation Response Team within New Hampshire's Homeland Security, Health and Human Services Department. She is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association, and she hopes to retire from her administrative position in the near future so she can focus her energies on her massage therapy business.
